Deleting your data

Delete everything

Sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account, workspace, posts, uploads, metrics, focus check-ins and any Instagram connection.

Delete only your Instagram data

Either disconnect the account on the Accounts page, or remove Glassy from Instagram: Settings, Website permissions, Apps and websites, Glassy, Remove. Meta notifies us and we delete the stored access token, profile details and metrics for that account automatically.

Can't sign in?

Email hello@glassyhq.com from the address on your account and we will delete it within 30 days.
